Lunchtime Kōrero - The surprising ways in which reviewing and editorial work may impact you, your discipline, and your career. In-Person

Take a break and widen your research horizon by listening to a 20-to-30-minute talk followed by Q&A and networking over tea, coffee and biscuits! Every first Wednesday of the month, tea and coffee will be provided. We encourage you to bring your own cup (however paper cups will be available if you forget).

Te Kura Tāura - Lunchtime Kōrero: The surprising ways in which reviewing and editorial work may impact you, your discipline, and your career.

Join visiting Erskine Fellow Professor Yehuda Baruch from the University of Southampton in a discussion around the process of reviewing for journals, and the career trajectory for becoming an Editor. He will share insight into what expert reviewers are looking for in their role and the positive (and sometime challenging) contributions reviewing and editorial work can have in an academic career.

Professor Yehuda Baruch is currently the Consulting Editor for the Journal of International Business Studies and formerly Associate Editor for Human Resource Management (US) and Editor of Editor Group & Organization Management and Career Development International.
